Description
Farmer's Ditch overflowed south and east onto Jefferson St, which flowed east to 14th St (east side of the street), south on 14th St to Elder Ave, merging with the flow east on Elder from Broadway. The flow was high enough on 14th to cover the sidewalk on the east side of the street. As far as I know, no building flooding resulted from this particular Farmer's Ditch overflow.
