Ground water seeped into basement. Had to replace insulation and drywall 2' down. Cost of basement flooding unknown due to previous owner. Sewer scope done on 9/11/13. Line was clear. Month later, 50' had to be replaced due to cracks. We believe the cracks were caused by ground heaving during the ground water elevating. Cost of sewer line $7000.
